چکیده
Spent selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalysts are defined as hazardous wastes because of the toxicity V2O5 to ecological environment. Recycling and TiO2 from spent SCR has strikingly social environmental benefits well economic values. In this work, a “NaOH ?+ ?Na2CO3” system was employed recycle 99.2% anatase/rutile nanospheres with nanospherical morphology by simple sintering-leaching process. The observed photocatalytic performance higher than that other recovered catalysts, commercial TiO2, chemosynthetic which can be ascribed enhanced separation photo-excited electron/hole in direct Z-scheme homostructures. Additionally, high-purity microrods high H2S removal were efficiently prepared hydrothermal method leaching solution, is superior traditional including NH4VO3 precipitation solvent extraction present vanadate low-grade filtrate 99.6% recovery rate. This study develops an alternative for controlling pollution soil water recycling valuable metals.

Promotional effect of Si-doped V2O5/TiO2 for selective catalytic reduction of NOx by NH3.
TiO2 supports doped with different amounts of Si were prepared by a sol-gel method, and 1 wt% vanadia (V2O5) loaded on Si-doped TiO2 was obtained by an impregnation method. The mole ratio of Si/Ti was 0.2, NOx conversion exceeds 94% at 300 degrees C and GHSV of 41,324 hr(-1), which is about 20% higher than pure V2O5/TiO2. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, BET, TEM, FT-IR, NH3-TPD, XPS, H...

متن کاملMercury oxidation over selective catalytic reduction ( SCR ) catalysts
The vanadium-based SCR catalyst used for NOx-control promotes the oxidation of elemental mercury Hg to Hg in flue gases from coal-fired power plants. Hg is water soluble and can effectively be captured in a wet scrubber. This means that the combination of an SCR with a wet FGD can offer an effective control option for mercury. Laboratory experiments have been carried out to elucidate and quanti...
